The Camaro lineup for 2018 includes four engines-models that can be paired to an automatic or manual transmission. The LT 2.0T model has a 2.0-liter turbo-four engine paired with a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission that produces 275 horsepower with 295 foot-pounds of torque. The LT V6 1LE model has a 3.6-liter V6 engine paired with a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission that produces 335 horsepower with 284 foot-pounds of torque. The SS 1LE model has a 6.2-liter V8 engine paired with a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission that produces 455 horsepower with 455 foot-pounds of torque. The ZL1 1LE model has a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine paired with a six-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission that produces 650 horsepower with 64 foot-pounds of torque.
Standard and available features on all 2018 Camaro models include a rear-view camera, Chevy’s MyLink information and entertainment system with GPS navigation. Additional features include a wireless charging system, Bose premium stereo system, heated and ventilated front seats and heated steering wheel. A keyless entry and remote start is available on automatic-equipped 2018 Camaro models.
Active- and passive-safety warning features available for the 2018 line of Camaro includes lane change alert and blind-spot warnings. These detection alert features work with both backward and sideways sensing radar and sonar waves to alert drivers of danger.
