Chevrolet’s iconic Corvette is getting a major re-haul for it’s 2014 model year which breaks from traditional styling of past models yet still remains recognizable as a Corvette. The 2014 model is the fastest yet, producing 450 horsepower and 450 lb.-foot torque. This power allows for the new C7 to launch from 0-60 in just under four seconds. Despite the hike in horsepower, the 6.2L V-8 engine is also expected to be more efficient than the current generation Corvette C6, which produces an EPA-estimated 26 miles per gallon.
